Hi, I am trying to add a Plugin available in the free version called ‘ Email Subscription’. however, it does not add to my WordPress back site. Kindly help me use the Plugin.

All available plugins on WordPress.com are already built in and you don’t have the option to install third-party plugins here.
On WordPress.org, which is self hosted, you do have that capability. This page explains the differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org in more detail.
