There is not Plug Ins tab and I have been searching for a long time how to add a plug in. Need help ASAP

While it’s not possible to install third-party plugins here at WordPress.com, many features are already built right in. If you let me know what you’re trying to do I’d be glad to see if we can find something that works for your needs.
If there’s a plugin you need that we don’t have, you might look into a self-hosted WordPress site. You can read more about the differences here:

Trying to add a shop to my wordpress website. I’m not trying to add third party plugins just the ones from wordpress
Is this because im set up on .com instead of .org

thanks I’ve signed up for ecommerce. I cant find the activate button on my dashboard though, any directions?

I’m not seeing the Business Upgrade in you account. Do you have another WordPress.com account you might have added it to instead?

maybe im missing an upgrade. I’m very unsure what i have or what im doing really. I just have a domain and mapping on my acc. What do i need to upgrade to so i can have a shop on my page?

In order to integrate a shop into your site, you need the WordPress.com Business Plan. Here’s more information.
Once you’ve upgraded, you’ll be able to add your store.
