Add Plugin Tab

  I downloaded the Feedjit Live Traffic Feed widget and had to upload it to my worpress.com site but I cannot since I’m struggling to find the plugin tab on my dashboard. Please help address this matter urgently.

  We cannot add plugins here at WordPress.com. Plugins are for self-hosted WordPress installations using the software from WordPress.org.
