ADD PLUGINS TO FREE ACCOUNT

i want to add plugins / animation to my account, it is on wordpress.com, can it be done?, what do I need to do???

All available plugins on WordPress.com are already built in and you don’t have the option to install third-party plugins here.
On WordPress.org, which is self hosted, you do have that capability. This page explains the differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org in more detail.

WordPress.org is self hosted and you can download the software for free.
