add posts to an specific page

  Hi guys. I don´t know how to make posts appear inside a page. I mean, I create the post but it doesn´t appear at all (unless I include it in the menu which I don´t want). Moreover, I don´t want that the pages appear in the “home” page. I just want to make an small introduction there and then put posts in other pages.
