add proper spell checker for deskop app

  my site is in English but my system is in Norwegian, seems like everything in English I write will be considered wrong, and I can’t select language.

  Same problem, even changing the desktop app’s language, the only vocabulary available is English. Just to state that a way to choose different spell-check languages would be grand :)
