Add recipe index using categories to custom menu

  My blog is all about recipes. Readers tell me they can’t find specific recipes so I want to add a Recipes tab on my menu that uses the categories to list all recipe posts, like an Index. I have searched the Help but can’t find what I’m looking for. I’m not even sure what to call it to know I’m searching properly. Please help.

  I think you’re wanting to set up Category Pages. We have a full guide for how to do this here:
