Add RSS feed widget into a NEW wordpress PAGE

  Hi, I created a free wordpress blog and I would like to add an RSS feed widget into a NEW wordpress PAGE.

  This is my wordpress: https://taneaonline.wordpress.com where my widget is shown at the right side of my wordpress Main page.

  How to insert a NEW PAGE category of this widget: RSS Τα Σημαντικότερα ΝΕΑ τώρα, at the Top of the MENU?

  Widgets do not operate in a page, just in sidebar/footer widget areas.
