Add RSS Widget or Code to Page – Not Sidebar
-
I would like to create a page of external RSS Feeds on a page off my blog, but have been unable to figure out how to do it. The RSS Feeds widget can only be placed in a side bar and iFrame code keeps getting stripped out of the HTML editor.
I don’t want to put it into the RSS Feed widget on the sidebar due to the volume of the information in the feed.
Help! Any suggestions on approaches for putting in this rather basic functionality?

That’s not possible. WordPress.com widgets can only be used in sidebars. This is to prevent the creation of posts and pages that are automatically filled with content from RSS feeds, as that’s the primary tool of content stealing sploggers and spammers. No auto-filled content blogs are allowed at WordPress.com.

Is there a Theme that allows you to specify which Widget sections are used on which page? I may be able to accomplish this with an RSS Widget in the footer, but only on the footer of one page.
Thoughts?
