add site to wordpress.com community

  I have jetpack installed and activated so I’m linked to wordpress.com. My old site on wordpress.com had a feature where wordpress bloggers could “like” my posts. These “likes” showed up in my admin bar. I migrated my site to wordpress.org and comments are there, my followers are there but I’m not sure how or if my new posts reach wordpress blogging community. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!
