But I have always to edit…with Blogger you don’t have to edit,wordpress.com can do the same?

Blogger and WordPress run on completely different software. I posted links to what applies to a free hosted WordPress.COM blog above. I think you may be best served by posting to the support forum for your own language.

The only thing I can think of is using a theme with a slider that highlights your latest posts.
Here is a list of themes that have a slider available http://theme.wordpress.com/themes/features/post-slider/ Some are free themes, some you have to pay for. Make sure to click through to the demo sites.
