  The website you posted is running on Cubic theme, not Customizer Pro.

  Hey Drunk, Thanks very much. Actually the front page is provided by a vendor and I guess uses Cubic. The additional pages I created with, I’m pretty sure, Customizer Pro. Happy New Year, have one on me! John

  I actually searched up Customizer Pro but found another similar name, Customizr Pro. Since this is a paid theme, I would suggest asking their support for help.
