Add social media icon links at bottom of front Home page

Can anyone advise how to do this? I have the Spun theme and I see other pages that have them at the bottom. I have only been able to figure out how to add them to my individual blog pages, but not the Home page.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
