add something to sidebar , NOT blog section

  How do i put this:http://midlifekrisis.files.wordpress.com/2012/02/einstein-miracle-butterfly-300.jpg on the right SIDEBAR of my blog ? If you look at my blog you’ll see on the left SIDEBAR is the serenity prayer. now i’d like the above einstein quote to be on the right SIDEBAR, not in side the blog. How do I do this ?
