Add Source Code doesnt work

  Hi, I am trying to add souce code to my blog by using instruction from this page:
  http://faq.wordpress.com/2007/09/03/how-do-i-post-source-code/

  Here is what I typed in word:
  [URL=http://imageshack.us][IMG]http://img206.imageshack.us/img206/1952/originalbz8.jpg[/IMG][/URL]

  This is how it appears in the blog:
  [URL=http://imageshack.us][IMG]http://img206.imageshack.us/img206/2931/bloglq1.jpg[/IMG][/URL]

  What’s wrong??

  Most probably the HTML from word is preserved. Try pasting it via a Notepad or whatever plain text editor you have at hand.

  The html you are inserting look like you are trying to insert an image and use it as a link. Is that what you are trying to do?
