Add spoiler tag to list of allowed comment tags

  I’ve added a spoiler tag plugin to my comment section and I want to edit my list of allowed tags so that users actually know that. I don’t need to rewrite any functions, just edit the text that shows up under the comments field. Hopefully something that won’t get overwritten every time I update stuff too, that’d be nice.
