  How can I add the option for readers to subscribe to my blog at the end of every post?

  Hi there!

  There’s no way to automatically add that to the end of each post. However, what you can do is to have a snippet of text set up that you can quickly copy and paste to the end of your posts to promote subscribing to your blog.
