Add support for embedding yr.no weather forecasts

http://yr.no is an advertisement free weather forecast service, that allows embedding of its weather forecast.
The service is Norwegian and paid for by the Norwegian government, and its main target is Norway. However, it offers weather forecasts for the entire globe.
There is a plugin for self-hosted wordpress blogs, that creates an [yr] shorttag for embedding weather forecasts: http://wordpress.org/plugins/weather-forecast-shortcode/faq/
It would be nice if this plugin could be included on wordpress.com
