Add table from Microsoft Word

  I wanted to create a table similar to what is seen at the below blog post. However it appears that the webmaster created it in Microsoft Word first, before copying-and-pasting it into WordPress. I looked at the source code and it appears pretty messed up. Question, is this the neatest way to do it?
