Add tabs to my blog to show blogs per category

  Hi, I was thinking about adding tabs to my blog so I could show one tab for each category I’m writing about.

  I found other wordpress blogs that have a similar layout so I’m sure it’s possible. I don’t find how I can do it? Is it possible for a free blog hosted on wordpress.com?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
