  I changed my theme and the cookie banner that pops up – disappeared. When I go to my blog (hosted by WordPress) there is nothing. I have spent hours looking for this fix. And You can’t get cookie plug in unless you pay for the yearly free.

  Hello again- here’s what I currently see when I visit scriptcat.wordpress.com, which shows the cookie banner at the bottom of the page.
