  If you’re talking about the new site linked to your name then by upgrading to the Business plan https://wordpress.com/pricing/ But you don’t give the name of the theme you are interested in using. Have you checked here https://wordpress.com/themes as the same or similar theme could already be available as a free or premium theme. https://en.support.wordpress.com/themes/
