Add Theme

  Hello,

  I’m new and trying to add the Kadence Theme to WP. From all the videos I’ve watched, you select appearance>themes>add new – but I don’t see Add New.

  How do I add this theme to try out?

  Hi there,

  To add a third-party theme (like Kadence) on WordPress.com you need to upgrade to the Business or eCommerce plan. You can read more about that here:

  I’d have to pay a minimum of $300 bucks just to try a theme out… yikes!

  Well someone who is brand new to WP, that seems a bit steep. Guess I won’t be trying out our services.

  Why? You can create a free site here and choose from a number of free themes if you want to try out WordPress.com. https://wordpress.com/themes/free

  I don’t like any of the free themes, I want to use a third party theme in WP but WP is ghetto and doesn’t allow that unless you give them money.

  I’d like to try out a theme I actually want to use on my site and see if WP is for me before I fork over hundreds of dollars…
