Add Theme

  I want to upload and active https://wordpress.org/themes/awaken/ theme but i am unable to upload because add theme option is disable in admin and my site is working on wordpress.
  My website url is :- networking-careers.com

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Since you have a WordPress.com blog you are not able to add custom themes. The link you referenced is a WordPress.org theme. WordPress.com and WordPress.org are different. Here’s some information on the differences:
