Add Theme button missing

  I thought this was going to be simple after researching and reading. Got a package over at Bluehost and installed WordPress and from there went to WordPress to install the theme I purchased. Trying to follow the ‘simple’ instructions and go to Appearance -> Themes -> Add New … problem is there is no ‘Add New’ button on my WordPress. Not sure if I have an outdated version or whether the free version does not support this option. I read that the free version does not have the option to add your theme but when I got to Bluehost the instruction there say go to WordPress so I am going in circles. HELP! How do I add a theme?

  It looks like you’re installing self hosted wordpress (software) at bluehost. This forum only provide support for wordpress.COM (service).
