  Hello @monicaadima,
  You have to add a custom menu with your tictail shops link.

  Here’s the guide to setup custom menus:
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/

  Just instead of clicking on the Pages tab after clicking Add Items, click on the Custom Links tab to add a menu item with your tictails shop link.
