Add time of day after the date?

  Is it possible to add the TIME OF DAY after the date? I frequently make edits subsequent to posting, and I would like people to know those details.

  There are a couple of themes that show the time, but in general most do not. It is not something that can be added even with the CSS upgrade. It would require access to the underlying theme PHP script files (and experience with PHP script) and we do not have access to those.

  I have seen a few blogs where at the very beginning of the post, the author inserted the time of posting in bold along with their name (the theme didn’t display the author’s name automatically).
