Add titles/words across top of page (with dropdown)

  How can I add words and dropdown under that word, using this theme? I want a tab for About, Contact, and other words running horizontally across the page.

  Hi there,
  You create Pages first https://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/
  On your contact page only you use this https://en.support.wordpress.com/contact-form/

  Next you create a custom menu https://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/#1-create-a-custom-menu

  Then you add the Pages into the custom menu https://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/2/#adding-pages
