"Add to basket" CSS problems

Hi all, hope your well.
I’m having an issue which is stopping my site from being launched and its really frustrating me. Cannot find a location of a file which needs editing and don’t know the name of this item so that i can add custom CSS to overrule it.
When you see a product on my site and you go to click “Add to Cart”, the writing is black as is the background. I managed to write some custom CSS to change this for all of the other buttons on the site but having a huge issue with this one.
Need the writing white, (FFFFFF) the background and boarder black, and the hover purple. I have done everything else just cannot get the writing white?
Would someone please be of assistance? ive done many of hours googling and there is next to no support for my theme “Vogue” regarding this issue.
