Add to Cart Pop Up Side Menu – Wrong Colors

Hello everyone, I am having difficulties with the cart. To begin for some odd reason whenever you add to cart in desktop view the side cart will not open, it only redirects you to the top of the page. Yet if you shrink the window you will see it now appears in (Tablet/Phone) mode and the color scheme is incorrect. Below are the links for reference. I have tried all sorts of color corrections in my theme editor and elementor. Anyone got any idea what to do for both issues? Thank you!
