"Add to page" button does not work – adding videos to a page

    Hi there,
    I upgraded to Premium and I have added 4 videos to the Media Library (*.wmv).
    When I edit a page, click on “add media” from Library, I select the video file and click “add to page”, NOTHING HAPPENS, the file is not added to the page (I also tried with a new post) I read all the instructions for adding videos to the blog but I can’t find the answer to this problem.
    Is the format wrong? The file size? The video definition?
    I really need help, I have to publish by tomorrow morning!

    Howdy,

    Sorry for the troubles! With larger video files, it can often takes some time for the video embed to appear when using the “Add Media” button, long enough that can often appear to fail.

    For the fastest way to add a video to a Page or Post, please copy the shortcode from the video file’s information page, and paste the shortcode into the Page or Post

    I tested the video shortcode method with your files and they worked correctly. This appears to be only that slow-load issue with the Add Media function in the editor, not your videos themselves.

    Let me know if you have any trouble publishing the videos using the shortcode.
