Add to the navigation bar

  Hi, cant seem to add any titles to the navigation bar..? I can see the pages created and listed in the admin but cant allocate them to the navigation/tool bar..? I also can not seemot find the home page to add text..?

  Sorry, seems simple, but been on this for hours:(
