Add user isn't working

    I am having an issue with my purchased theme. I’ve contacted the people who can help me with the issue, but now they are having a problem getting access to my website.
    I made an account for them with the ‘Add User’ feature in wordpress, but they get an error page even though they are using the right information.
    I also now am unable to make a new user AT ALL, because the option to create a password for a new user isn’t working.
