‘Add User’ .. not sending them an email

  I am trying to add a user and send them an email so they can edit posts on my email, etc. Despite indicating the option to send them an email, they are not getting it. I asked them to check their spam folder, and have tried several times, but the email is not getting to them, and I can’t add a user.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Also, the site it says Im working on in the OP is not my site.

  How can I get an answer from someone?
