If you want a receipt with your VAT information, please upgrade to a paid plan first and then let us know. We’ll send you a VAT receipt after you’ve already upgraded.

  Hello,

  Please follow the instructions below.

  We currently only provide VAT receipts to users who are properly listed in the VIES (VAT Information Exchange System) or the UK VAT database. If you are registered in the EU or UK, you can add a VAT number to your account from the Profile section, by clicking “Purchases” in the sidebar, then the “Add VAT details” link at the bottom of the “Billing History” tab.

  Once you have VAT details set for your account you can click “View receipt” (or “Email receipt”) on your account Billing History page for any purchase – the VAT details will be included in all receipts.

  Let us know if you have any issues following these instructions.
