  I want to add a video to my site but the media icon will not accept it. How can I fix that?

  Have you exhausted your free media storage space?

  If the answer is yes go to Adding Storage Space

  As a workaround, keep in mind that you can also upload your media to another service like youtube videos and insert it into your posts from there.
