Add Yoast SEO plugin for wordpress.com sites

Nowhere on my dashboard for my wordpress.com site is there an option to add Plugins at all.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You cannot upload and run the Yoast SEO plugin or any other blogger installed plugins on a site hosted by wordpress.COM. For that type of functionality you’d need a self-hosted WordPress.ORG software install running on a paid web hosting service.
