Add Yoast SEO plugins

  I want to install Yoast SEO plugin I have the free version wordpress.com
  I would like to know if I can do this with the free version or I have to upgrade.

  Hey there,

  Here at WordPress.com, all of the plugins available to us are already installed. You can read about them here:

  WordPress.com does have a lot of SEO features already built in, and WordPress.com blogs and sites are very search engine friendly. Here are some articles on SEO optimization:

  Another option is to self- host with a WordPress.org install. Plugins can be installed if you self-host, but you are much more responsible for the technical upkeep of the site. You can read about the differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org here:
