Add Zenfolio Slideshow to blog post
-
I am trying to add a slideshow to a post on my wordpress.com blog. I am using Zenfolio’s slideshow creator (which I have found very useful in the past), and am adding the following code:
<embed type=”application/x-shockwave-flash” quality=”high” width=”480″ height=”360″ align=”” src=”http://www.zenfolio.com/zf/code/slideshow/embedded.swf” pluginspage=”http://www.macromedia.com/go/getflashplayer” allowFullScreen=”true” flashvars=”id=89332382&background=0x000000&delay=2&transition=2&loop=1&random=0&allowfs=1&allowthumbs=1&showlink=1&allowtitles=0&showtitles=1&autostart=1&allowtopbar=1&allowcontrols=1&transparent=0&loop_music=1&frame=0xffffff&preloader=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.zenfolio.com%2Fzf%2Fcode%2Fslideshow%2F005.swf&preloader_params=color%3D0xffffff”></embed>
into the html editor for the blog post. When I click publish, or preview, all this code disappears, and the slideshow is not posted (instead an empty post is uploaded). Why is this happening and how can I avoid it?!
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

It’s happening because flash/embed codes aren’t directly allowed in wp.com blogs, for security reasons; see here:
http://en.support.wordpress.com/code/You can insert your slideshow the way I’m showing here:

If you can’t figure it out, drop me a comment and I’ll convert the code for you.
