Hi,
I am trying to map a .ie domain that I currently own i.e. http://www.mechanobiology.ie to my WordPress site. I need to get this site live under an appropriate domain name as soon as possible. However, when I try to map it WordPress gives me the error ‘Sorry but example.ie is not registered…’ etc.
I’ve mapped a .ie domain to a wordpress site before with no issues, but this time it just won’t work. I’ve seen similar issues in the forums, but it seems you need Staff input. Can somebody help me?

https://wordpress.com/my-upgrades– Point the domain to our name servers and give it a few hours to take effect:
ns1.wordpress.com
ns2.wordpress.com
ns3.wordpress.com– Set the domain as primary under https://wordpress.com/my-domains

I am not able to vie my website. every time i do I get the error “The server at mechanobiology.ie can’t be found, because the DNS lookup failed. DNS is the network service that translates a website’s name to its Internet address. This error is most often caused by having no connection to the Internet or a misconfigured network. It can also be caused by an unresponsive DNS server or a firewall preventing Google Chrome from accessing the network”. Kindly help me with the same. -
