Added a link between my blog posts and it's no longer available?!

  I was just updating my posts and added a link pointing to one of my other posts, and after I pressed update there was a red box saying something like commercial, search engines, violating Terms of Service and so on. I’ve created links like that before, and what I really regret is that instead of reporting the mistake I refreshed the page. Now that my 2-year-old blog is gone and I really need it back

  Any one? Please help!!
