Added Bundle with Domain Registration hasn't appeared on site

Hi,
I added a new domain and was prompted to buy a “bundle” that included a storage upgrade (I think it was 5G), something about HD video support, CSS support, and something else. The $99 payment was processed on my credit card (this included the domain registration), but nothing else happened. The domain got registered, but the is no indication in “My Store” that any kind of upgrade occured. When I go to Media, I still only see that I have the basic 3G of storage. I’m not sure what I bought …. has anyone experieced anything like this … also, it appears that there is no one to contact at WordPress to get this resolved until the end of October.

well, after further checking, I’ve been able to identify some of the upgrades (Video, Custom Design), still only see 3G storage available. I should have 5G.

As we Volunteers cannot help at all with financial issues, I previously flagged this thread for Staff attention. Thanks for the additional information as it will be helpful to Staff. Please be patient while waiting for Staff support. -
Hi timethief ! You’ve helped me before. I just wanted to add that I tried to upload a video, but since I only have 3G (and not the 5G that I was supposed to get with the bundle) I can’t do the upload, so I’m beginning to think that my bundle of upgrades did not get applied. Thanks for flagging this thread for Staff attention and I’ll be patient …

It looks like everything is functioning as desired, except the space upgrade, but that should be corrected now.
