Added credits – not showing up yet

  I added 35 credits to my account but they are not showing up in my account. Does it take time for these to process? The money was already debited from my bank account so whats the deal? Also, I signed up for a redirected domain and 2 hours later it still isnt in place.. any assistance would be appreciated.

  Domain propagation can take up to 72 hours. Be patient.

  I cannot find any transactions under your username. Please contact Support, and provide the PayPal transaction ID# or the actual payment/confirmation receipt that you received.

  Hi Bubel,

  I have purchased 10 credits yet there isnt seem to have any indication that I now have 10 credits.
  The paypal transaction has already been confirmed and yet I can obtain the credits.

  Do you have any advice regarding this matter? I have already contact support but they have not get back to me. Please advice where is the indication for how much credits I have.

  Please assist as I would like to use the 10 credits to domain map my page.

  I see no credits for the email you have left. If there is another please send that to Support.

  So this will only be automatic for people whose Paypal and WordPress.com emails are the same? Good to know, but it makes sense.
