Added posts or URLs that are seen by Google but not WP-admin. Can’t be removed.

Hi all,
I hope someone can help me with this one.
This is for my daughter’s WP site at:
Something back in March (4th to 11th) added hundreds of mini-urls or sub-dirs to https://watchyourselves.com
We don’t think we changed themes or did something dramatic that may have generated these extra URLs.They are basically new header pictures and top menu links for the site, and have no real content.
I have a theory that the junk content that has been generated in these URLs is putting Google off our site,
or users are looking at the rubbish, and not persevering with the site anymore.Google search: https://goo.gl/exzrQT
will display these first 3 URLs
https://watchyourselves.com/scuba-gear-equipment-clean-maintenance/
https://watchyourselves.com/scuba-gear-equipment-clean-maintenance/diver-804067_640/
https://watchyourselves.com/scuba-gear-equipment-clean-maintenance/diving-778495_640/First is genuine, next two are rubbish content. Just headers, etc.
I did a temp removal with the Google removal tool, but apparently this is a temp 90 day deal.
I need to remove possibly 300 URLs that have been generated, as the page count went from about 80 up to around 380.check this google search out:
https://goo.gl/Z4YHTh
this is a good example of 3 in a row.=====================================
and these:
https://watchyourselves.com/padi-open-water-scuba-certified-australia/gbr-turtle-compressor/
https://watchyourselves.com/padi-open-water-scuba-certified-australia/gbr-fish-compressor/
=====================================I can get into cpanel or ftp if I know what I am looking for, and possibly remove them, but not sure
if this will upset the site at all.Hope someone can advise.
Thanks in advance,
Cheers Don…

Hey donmck2017,
I am afraid that you’re in the wrong forums. You daughter’s website uses the self-hosted WordPress version(.org) and it is hosted on Siteground.
We’re only able to help with the websites hosted on WordPress.com.
Please either contact your web hosting customer support or submit your query to WordPress.org forums.
https://wordpress.org/support/forums/To do so, you need to create an account on WordPress.org.
https://login.wordpress.org/registerWordPress.com and WordPress.org and two different platforms. To know more, please read this.
