Added the wrong domain!

    Hi! I own colinandsarah.nyc, and I tried to transfer it to a WordPress blog, but transferred colinandsarah.com instead (which I do not own). I world like either to transfer the colinandsarah.nyc name instead or get a refund on the $13 fee.

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hey Ari!

    No problem, I’ve cancelled the subscription for the domain mapping of colinandsarah.com, and credited your account $13. You can now map colinandsarah.nyc using that credit.

    Ari,

    Did you want to map your NYC address to your WordPress.com site?

    If so, you can click on this link:
    https://colinandsarahdotcom.wordpress.com/wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php?page=domains

    Then, select Map a Domain Your Already Own.

    When you add “colinandsarah.nyc” to that box, you’ll see this message:

    Sorry, this domain name cannot be registered on WordPress.com

    Do you already own this domain name?

    If you already own this domain colinandsarah.nyc because you registered it elsewhere, you can still use it for your WordPress.com blog.

    You can click on the button that says you already own that domain name, and proceed from there.
