Added User Cannot Access Blog

I have added a user as an author,she has her own WordPress blog,i have followed the add user from the wordpress community invite,she gets the invite email and accepts the invite.
She shows up on my blog as an author(although her name is black and unclickable) but it doesnt show on her blog dashboard and she cannot access my blog.
I really need to get this resolved as i intend to have multiple usersThe blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Perhaps im not with it today,im not sure i understand
shouldnt it show on her dashboard(which it doesnt)
as i understand it from the WordPress support,once invited,my blog should show on her dashboard under ‘my blogs’ and she should be able to access it from thereyour question would indicate otherwise and without clarifaction im not getting it

I agree, we are not understanding each other.
Your friend should type in the address of your dashboard to be able to contribute to your blog.
In other words, by going to http://scottishrollerderby.wordpress.com/wp-admin/ it should take her to your blog’s dashboard. If that’s not the case, then maybe you didn’t use the right email address (in case she has more than one account at WordPress.com). -
