Added user not showing up

    I added a user to my account using the invite feature. They followed the link and created a blog.They’ve written edited and published posts. Their name does not appear in the users list so I can not edit their role. All of their posts successfully posted but they are not credited with being the author. How do I get them to appear in the list of users under the “Authors and Users” menu? Please help thank you so much!
