added wordpress page to my site, how do I return to my site

  I created a site and added a tab that took me to a word press page, where my customers can blog. I need to know how to customize the blog page to look more like the rest of the site, and also how to add tabs to the blog pag so my customers can return to to site. Please help. this is my first blog experience…
