Added wrong domain in error

    Hello.

    I want to change the new website name from http://www.urbanstrategist.ca to urbanequity.ca. Unfortunately I realized urbanequity name has been parked and now I cannot revert to my old site. Is there a way I can change it back? Thanks.

    Hi there,

    We can’t help directly because we don’t host your site on our WordPress.com managed hosting. As a result we don’t have the ability to take a closer look at your site.

    Instead your host uses the open-source variant of the WordPress platform which functions differently than what we offer here on WordPress.com. The good news though is that help is available in getting your site address switched but to get that help you will need to go through your host’s support department. They control domain connections to your hosting account and are in the best position to help.
