Add/Edit Post w/ new Dashboard layout

When I try to Add or Edit Posts with the new dashboard style, the buttons and boxes are too big and overlap one another, instead of being side by side. For example, “Bold” and “Italic” are on top of “Add Contact Form” and the scroll up/down button on the post is under the “publish” box so I can’t access it.
Is there a way to make the font/columns/spacing smaller?
And yes, I did give my feedback on the new design – I find white on black VERY difficult to read.

That’s very odd because I have been using the new dashboard for quite awhile now and I don’t have those issues at all using Firefox 21, Chrome 27 and IE8.
My Screen Resolution is 1024 x 768

If you are not running one of the browsers and versions listed at http://browsehappy.com/ please try upgrading or switching first.

If you are running one of the browsers and versions listed at http://browsehappy.com please do these four things:
1. Try clearing your browser’s cache: http://www.google.com/support/accounts/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=32050

3. Try with all browser extensions or add-ons temporarily disabled.

Thanks for the “support details” link- very interesting. The only thing that is different, Timethief, is my browser size is 1019×654. How do I change that? I did clear the cache, but that didn’t help.

@pegoleg – Try clicking the “Screen Options” button at the top right of your page. It’s new, and just under the black across the top. Try changing some of the settings, like make it one column instead of two. I like the one column view anyway because it makes the space where I’m writing that much wider. Hope you get it fixed!

FWIW-Screen options have been around a long time already. :)
If you want to go really big, try the “Distraction Free” writing mode.

Oh my goodness! They messed it all up, I could cry!
Previously when I posted a link to my WordPress blog on Facebook timeline there would be my icon to the left of the post, and now there is just a link! It looks horrible! I feel so distressed, I could cry!
How can I get the former goodlooking link back? Can someone please help!?

Ah, but I didn’t need those options before the change. ;)
Distraction Free looks interesting, but I would probably get lost without all the familiar landmarks.
